Who Can Say
The Horrors follow up their debut album with a pretty drastic change in sound. Perhaps it's the new production team that featured members of Portishead and other "critically acclaimed" groups, or maybe its their NME-hyped buzz was not exactly what the band was looking for. Regardless, Im digging the new sangle.
